Shipping & Return info

Discounted shipping availble for qualifing items.

We ship via UPS and USPS for most US shipments. Shipping

& Handling rates are Generally Flat Rate and customer can decide on shipping methods & costs on checkout before finalizing the order. Shipping may

be Slightly Higher for heavier or bulk orders. Most orders

are shipped within 24-48 hours from when you place your

order using your selected shipping method. You will

be contacted within in the event of a backordered item. We

ship via the United States Postal Service for shipments to

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Some shipments that

contain small items may be shipped via the USPS. If order

is placed before 12:00 noon Pacific Standard Time Monday-

Friday We will make every effort to ensure it is sent out

same day. For orders placed on Friday Shipping maybe sent

out on Saturday if requested.

RETURN POLICY: We offer a 15 day return policy. Merchandise returned for refund within the 15 day returned period is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shhipping and handling charges on all returned items. All returns must obtain a prior RMA# from Biousa. Any return we receive without an RMA number will be returned to you and no credit issued. RMA numbers are valid 15 days from date of issuance. Returns must be 100% complete, unopened in original factory condition, with original boxes and packing materials. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is not returned 100% complete condition and/or opened. Before requesting RMA, make sure that you have read and understood clearly our return policy.
