We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders received before 3:00 pm PST are processed the same day and shipped depending on availability. If a product is not available or is in back order we will inform the customer as soon as possible.
Shipping & Handling fees are generally flat rate and the customer can decide on shipping methods on checkout before finalizing the order.
Most orders in the United States are shipped within 24-48 hours via UPS or USPS. Shipments to P.O Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are primarily shipped via USPS.
Additional shipping charges may apply to heavier or bulk orders.
Discounted shipping is available for qualifying items.
We offer a 5-day return policy. Merchandise returned for refund within the 5 day period is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Customers considering a return must call (877) 600-2373 or email email@example.com to request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)Number. All returns must contain an RMA number in order to be eligible for a refund. Any returns we receive without an RMA number will be returned and no credit will be issued. RMA numbers are valid 5 days from the date of issuance.
Returns must be 100% complete, unopened in original factory condition, with original boxes and packing materials. Products that are unsuitable for resale will not be accepted. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is not returned 100% complete and/or opened.
Please be sure ti read our return policy in full before requesting a RMA number. We reserve the right in our sole discretion, to determine the condition of all return products and issue refunds.
