We ship via UPS and DHL for most US shipments. Shipping

& Handling rates are Generally Flat Rate but Shipping may

be Slightly Higher for heavier or bulk orders. Most orders

are shipped within 24-48 hours from when you place your

order using your selected shipping method. You will

be contacted within in the event of a backordered item. We

ship via the United States Postal Service for shipments to

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Some shipments that

contain small items may be shipped via the USPS. If order

is placed before 12:00 noon Pacific Standard Time Monday-

Friday We will make every effort to ensure it is sent out

same day. For orders placed on Friday Shipping maybe sent

out on Saturday if requested.RETURN POLICY: all items

must be complete and accompanied with a "RMA" number from
